In the present invention, in order to securely bind a piece to a sheet bundle (1) and improve holding force while improving operatability, the following are provided: a punching blade (67) for punching a hole in a sheet bundle (1); and a binding claw (41) that moves in response to the operation of the punching blade (67) and inserts a piece (3), a portion of which is adhered to one surface of the sheet bundle (1), into a hole (2) in the sheet bundle (1). The punching blade (67) punches a hole (2) in the sheet bundle (1), and then the binding claw (41) inserts the piece (3) into the hole (2). The present invention may be configured so that while a handle (12) is reciprocatingly operated, the punching blade (67) punches a hole (2) in the sheet bundle (1), and the binding claw (41) inserts the piece (3) into the hole (2), or the present invention may be configured so that while the handle (12) is operated in a forward direction, the punching blade (67) punches a hole (2) in the sheet bundle (1), and the binding claw (41) inserts a piece into the hole (2). |
