A method of fabricating a composite ceramic electrode according to the present invention includes: a) a step of electrodepositing a first layer which includes BaTiO_3 formed in the upper part of a Ti electrode, by using a first electrodeposition solution containing a Ba source and a Pb source; b) a step of electrodepositing a second layer which includes α-lead dioxide formed in the upper part of the first layer; and c) a step of electrodepositing a third layer which includes β-lead dioxide formed in the upper part of the second layer. |
