<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a red ginseng oil and honey pastry added with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and a red ginseng concentrate to glutinous rice paste. According to the present invention, the manufactured red ginseng oil and honey pastry containing a large amount of red ginseng concentrates has excellent quality and palatability due to the reduced amount of oil absorption with an excellent bulking rate.</p>
