<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding die, with which the flow resistance of a material in a flow passage on the upstream side of a die hole is reduced, the flow property of the material is improved and a product having a partition wall formed with a prescribed thickness can be extruded, and to provide an extruding die device using the extruding die, and a method of manufacturing extruded parts. <P>SOLUTION: The extruding die includes: a core case 13; a core member 15 having a comb blade part 15b; a body 11; a plate member 12 having a die hole part 31; and a cap member 16; wherein in the state where these respective parts are mounted in the supporting hole of an extruding device, after a material is made to successively pass through a space formed between the cap member 16 and the supporting hole and a space formed between the core case 13 and the supporting hole, extrusion is performed by extruding the material from the die hole 10A, which is a gap between the comb blade part 15b and the die hole part 31, and a step part 16g is provided in the center of both main surfaces 16d of the cap member 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
