<p>An object of the present invention is to improve abnormality determination accuracy for a filter. A filter abnormality determining device includes a filter (3) provided in an exhaust passage (2) of an internal combustion engine (1) and configured to collect particulate matters in exhaust gas, a discharge amount estimating unit (10) configured to estimate an amount of the particulate matters discharged from the internal combustion engine, a sensor (4), the detection value of which changes according to an amount of the particulate matters deposited on the filter, a determining unit (10) configured to determine an abnormality of the filter on the basis of the detection value of the sensor, and a permitting unit (10) configured to permit the determination performed by the determining unit when an integrated value of the amount of the particulate matters estimated by the discharge amount estimating unit from a start time of the internal combustion engine is equal to or larger than a threshold.</p> |
