<p>The invention relates to a pneumatic actuator with piezoelectric compensator, used for constructing the pneumatic actuation systems requiring high precision of positioning the entrained load. According to the invention, the actuator consists of a linear pneumatic actuation unit consisting of a pneumatic cylinder (), a slide () and a mechanical braking device (), a proportional distributor () for controlling the linear pneumatic actuation unit, a classic distributor () for controlling the brake, supplied through a regulator (), the positioning error compensation system located on the slide () of the translation unit and consisting of a base plate () integral with the slide () of the pneumatic unit and a movable plate () guided in relation to the base plate () by means of four leaf springs (), integral with the entrained load, the piezoelectric actuator with mechanical amplification (), mounted on a piece () integral with the base plate () which entrains the movable plate () by means of a piece () integral with the movable plate () and of some balls (), maintained in contact with the piece () and with the movable part () of the actuator () through the elasticity of the part () of the piece (), the linear position transducer being formed of an incremental rule () fastened to the translation unit and a reading head () fixed to the movable plate () and to an electronic control block ().</p> |
