An organosilicon compound having the general formula (3):wherein A is independently a straight or branched C1-C8 alkylene group, B is independently a straight or branched C1-C8 alkylene group, E is independently hydrogen or a substituent group of the general formula (4):wherein D is independently a straight or branched C1-C8 alkylene group, R is independently a hydrolyzable group, R′ is independently a C1-C4 alkyl group, and m is an integer of 1 to 3, at least one E being a substituent group of formula (4).
