<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology related to a roller hearth kiln which can keep cleanliness (USA Federal Standard 209D) within a heating furnace high at a class 10 level. <P>SOLUTION: This roller hearth kiln includes a body part 1 and an outer shell 2. The body part 1 includes low dusting rollers 6 for workpiece conveyance in a furnace interior space in which heat insulating walls formed by filling a metal case with a heat insulating material constitute a ceiling portion 3, a floor portion 4 and right and left wall portions 5. The outer shell 2 covers the entire body part 1. The low dusting roller 6 penetrating roller through-holes 12 formed on the right and left sidewall portions 5 of the body part 1 is supported by a low dusting roller drive part 7 installed in the outer shell 2.
