<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet the needs of a home router for performing processing of referring to a destination port number included in a destination and referring to an extended NAT table in order to acquire a MAC address of a terminal device to start up.SOLUTION: A communication device receives an access request packet for requesting access to a communication destination; acquires a particular MAC address included in the access request packet; reads out and refers to information stored in storage means; acquires start-up information of the communication destination corresponding to the acquired MAC address; and when the start-up information indicates an idle state, creates a start-up request packet for requesting start-up and transmits the start-up request packet to the communication destination having the particular MAC address.</p> |
