<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier laminate high in hot water resistance and piercing strength and capable of maintaining excellent gas barrier property even when conducting a retort treatment, a boiling treatment, a cooking or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a gas barrier laminate having an adhesion layer, a first gas barrier layer containing a polycarboxylic acid-based polymer, a silane coupling agent represented by the general formula RSi(OR), where Ris an organic group containing a glycidyloxy group or an amino group, Ris an alkyl group and 3 Rmay be same or different and at least one kind of silicon-containing compound selected from a group consisting of hydrolysate thereof and condensate thereof with a mass ratio of 99.5:0.5 to 80.0:20.0 where the mass of the silicon-containing compound is a mass in terms of the silane coupling agent, and a second gas barrier layer containing a polyvalent metal compound on a single side of a film substrate consisting of biaxial orientation polybutylene terephthalate film in this order.</p> |
