PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange system which can efficiently and stably cool a heat source at both cooling and heating.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger has: a plurality of first tubes in which air-conditioning refrigerants flow; a first header tank 62 which makes a plurality of the first tubes communicate with one another; a plurality of second tubes in which cooling refrigerants flow; a second header tank 72 which makes a plurality of the second tubes communicate with one another; and fins 80 arranged between the first tubes and the second tubes. The first tubes and the second tubes are alternately laminated on each other. A heat exchange suppression part 90 for suppressing heat exchange between the air-conditioning refrigerants and the cooling refrigerants is formed in the vicinity of the first header tank 62. |
