<p>The present invention relates to a street lamp post having a vibration reducing device, and a designing method thereof. The street lamp post comprises: a pole installed vertically on the ground, including a lamp and an arm having the lamp installed thereon, and having a hollow inside; and a vibration reducing device installed inside an upper end of the pole to have a center of gravity moving in a direction opposite to the vibrating direction of the pole when the pole is bent by an external force. The vibration reducing device is composed of: a plate arranged in a direction intersecting with an axial line of the pole, and installed inside the upper end of the pole; a connection part penetrating the plate having an upper end and a lower end placed on the upper part and the lower part of the plate respectively; a lower mass body arranged on the lower end of the connection part to perform a pendular movement; and an upper mass body performing the pendular movement in correspondence to the lower mass body, and arranged on the upper end of the connection part.</p> |
