Disclosed is a preamble sending method. The method comprises: obtaining a first uplink transmission interval, the first uplink transmission interval being a time interval between a time point on which a terminal currently imitates an uplink transmission and a time point on which the terminal lately stops an uplink transmission; and when the first uplink transmission interval is equal to or greater than at least one time threshold value in first preset time thresholds, sending the preamble comprising a DPCCH to a network side. In the preamble sending method disclosed in the present invention, when a terminal initiates an uplink transmission, a time interval between a time point on which a terminal currently imitates an uplink transmission and a time point on which the terminal lately stops an uplink transmission is obtained first, and when the time interval is equal to or greater than at least one time threshold value in preset time thresholds, the terminal sends a preamble comprising a DPCCH a network side, so that a network side device at the position of a base station can perform power control of uplink transmission of the terminal according to a sent DPCCH pulse. |
