FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydraulic control devices of the section of the powered support. Control device for section of the powered support in the production face of the mine is suggested to actuate the hydraulic force generators, that contains multiple main valves to connect the force generators of the section of powered support with main discharge pipeline and main reverse pipeline, and the same number of secondary control valves provided for control to the main valve, and via the control discharge pipeline common for all secondary control valves are connected with the main discharge pipeline, and via the common reverse pipeline common for main valves and secondary control valves are connected with main reverse pipeline. At that the secondary control discharge pipeline (13) is made with possibility of locking, and reverse pipeline (9) is made with possibility of locking in direction of the main reverse pipeline (5) and is made with possibility of connection with meter (20) to measure output hydraulic liquid. Due to selective locking or opening of the secondary control discharge pipeline (13) the internal leak can be separately determined for main valves and secondary control valves. The meter (20) can be flow speed meter or another flowmeter installed in the by-pass. Due to check valve (25) installation in the by-pass it is provided that reverse pipeline (9) leaks only upon exceedance of the set limit pressure, and conversely the by-pass leaks always, i.e. even if the discharged pipeline is locked.EFFECT: assurance of leaks detection at any time and with small hardware expenses.8 cl, 2 dwg |
