PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management system capable of giving a precise charge/discharge instruction to a hybrid PCS.SOLUTION: The energy management system has an over charge/discharge risk storage and a power generation and charge optimum scheduling section. The over charge/discharge risk storage stores an over charge/discharge risk which represents a risk of overcharge or over-discharge on a power storage unit by a hybrid power conditioner that converts a DC power input from a power generator or a power storage unit into an AC power to output the AC power to a power distribution system; and coverts an AC power input from the power distribution system into a DC power to output the DC power to the power storage unit. The power generation and charge optimum scheduling section calculates a control schedule value of the charge/discharge to/from the power storage unit by the hybrid power conditioner based on at least the over-charge/over-discharge risk, a power demand prediction, and power generation amount prediction of the power generator by the hybrid power conditioner. |
