PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform inter-vehicle communication using visible light between a vehicle located and stopped most ahead on a traveling route and a vehicle traveling on the traveling route toward the vehicle and a vehicle located between those vehicles, and stopped at the roadside of the traveling route, and to adjust the future behaviors of those vehicles.SOLUTION: At least one information processor among information processors respectively disposed in vehicles 7, 8 and 9 is configured, on the basis of a rear inter-vehicle distance between a rear traveling vehicle 8 and an intermediate stopping vehicle 9 and the traveling speed of the rear traveling vehicle 8 and a front inter-vehicle distance between a front stopping vehicle 7 and the intermediate stopping vehicle 9, to determine priority information indicating which of the traveling of the intermediate stopping vehicle 9 and the rear traveling vehicle 8 should be given priority, and to output the priority information such that control based on the priority information is possible in the intermediate stopping vehicle 9 and the rear traveling vehicle 8. |
