In the present invention, there is disclosed a tool and hydrodynamic nozzle for generating high-pressure pulsating jet of liquid without cavitation and presence of saturated vapors. A surface treatment and material-severing tool with a hydrodynamic nozzle generates a pulse jet, which is able to very efficiently clean material surfaces or to severe the material. The tool can consist of a supporting body (2) and a nozzle body (1), which are sealed with respect to other by a seal (3). The hydrodynamic nozzle, which consists of inlet openings (22) an oscillating chamber (20), and an outlet branch (21), make it possible to construct a small efficient and reliable tool for cleaning surfaces and severing materials by a jet of pressure liquid. High efficiency and reliability is also achieved by the fact that in the entire tool, in the tool inlet opening (25), in an inlet channel (24), in a lightening hole (40) and other parts of the tool no cavitation or generation of saturated vapors occurs even at very high operational feeding pressure values. |
