The present invention relates to a memory system and, more specifically, to a technology for performing data interfacing between a volatile memory device and a non-volatile memory device. The memory system comprises: at least one volatile memory for storing data; a non-volatile memory control unit for controlling data stored in the volatile memory to be stored in the non-volatile memory in a power cut-off mode; and a termination resistor for controlling a transmission path of data by corresponding to a power cut-off signal. |
