A semiconductor light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate, a first conductive semiconductor base layer which is arranged on the substrate, a plurality of nano light emitting structures which are separately arranged on the first conductive semiconductor base layer and includes a first conductive semiconductor core, an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer, respectively, a transparent electrode layer which is connected between the nano light emitting structures on the second conductive semiconductor layer, and a first electrode which is electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer by passing through the substrate.
