The present invention relates to a method for producing a sweet potato paste cheese dried product (malraengyi) and the sweet potato paste cheese dried product produced by using the method, the method comprising the steps of: (a) peeling the skin after baking and cooling a washed sweet potato; (b) freezing after mixing dried cheese with paste by pulverizing the peeled sweet potato of the step (a); and (c) sterilizing and packing after cutting and drying the frozen paste of the step (b).
