The present invention relates to a plastic buoy improves strength and provides user stability. According to the present invention, the plastic buoy (1) comprises: a first modular mast (4a) where a top mark (2) is installed and a beacon (3) is installed in a lower portion of the top mark; a solar cell (5) installed in a solar cell support (6); a sign (7) fixated to the first modular mast (4a); a plurality of second, third, fourth modular masts (4b, 4c, 4d); a safety handle (8); a steel structure (9) fixated to the lower portion of the fourth modular mast (4d); a battery housing (10) installed in the upper portion of the steel structure (9); and a buoyant (11) composed of a plurality of divided modular floats (11a~11f) assembled to a buoyant installation flange (13a, 13b); and a plurality of cores (14) formed in a core installation flange (16a, 16b). |
