The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus to mold ferrosilicon capable of inserting most of ferrosilicon into a steel making process. To achieve this objective of the present invention, the apparatus to mold ferrosilicon capable of casting ferrosilicon used for a sub-material of a steel making process comprises: a distributor to uniformly distribute molten ferrosilicon after receiving the molten ferrosilicon through a water supply device; a chain device including a front sprocket and a rear sprocket, rotated by a driving device to an unlimited orbit; a plurality of mold sets continuously mounted on a chain device, and to accommodate molten ferrosilicon supplied through the distributor; a cooling device arranged on an upper surface of the chain device to cool the mold set and the ferrosilicon mounted inside the mold set; and a drying device arranged on a lower surface of the chain device to cool the mold set before the mold set enters the distributor. Moreover, ferrosilicon solidified inside the mold set is discharged from the front sprocket. |
