摘要

The present invention relates to a strain of Leuconostoc mesenteroides SCSB 2219 and a food comprising the strain, having degradation activity of biogenic amine separated from fermented soy-based products and having production capacity of dextran, which does not produce biogenic amine. The present invention using a strain can have effects in producing a safe fermented soy-based food without toxicity, and can be effectively used in industry.
