The present invention relates to a screw feeder using a cam type slide. The screw feeder using a cam type slide comprises: a sliding part (20) receiving a screw from a screw feeding part (10), and then discharging and supplying the screw to a screw discharging part (30) by moving a screw discharging part (30) left and right. The sliding part (20) comprises: a transfer part (21) including a screw absorption part (21b-1) on a lower end, absorbing a screw using the screw absorption part (21b-1) through an air flow pipe connected to an upper part and transferring the screw in an upper and a lower direction; a transfer support (22) fixating the transfer part (21) on a transfer cylinder (23); and the transfer cylinder (23) transferring the transfer part (21) left and right. Therefore, in accordance to an embodiment of the present invention, the screw feeder uses a cam type slide method and performs the same effects of two cylinders for up-down-left-right movement through one cylinder for a left-right movement. Moreover, the present invention is capable of overcoming an existing disadvantages by the left-right movement to efficiently produce an up-and-down movement; thereby significantly reducing a hanging phenomenon of a screw to stably supply the screw.
