摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing core/shell type nanoparticles, in which evaporation of an element easily evaporated in a sintering process is prevented, reductant-derived impurities are not mixed, and hydrothermal reaction for alloying is not needed, thus a thermoelectric conversion material can be produced. According to the present invention, the method for producing core/shell type nanoparticles by using a solution plasma method comprises a process of precipitating first and second metals by generating plasma in a solution to reduce two kinds of metal salt dissolved in the solution, wherein the process includes: a first step of applying first power to generate the plasma and to selectively precipitate the first metal in order to form nanoparticles as a core; and a second step of applying second power greater than the first power to generate the plasma and to precipitate the second metal having the oxidation reduction potential smaller than the first metal on a surface of the core in order to form shells consisting of the second metal which covers the core consisting of the first metal.
