<p>The present invention relates to a ubiquitous remote health monitoring system and a method for the same. The ubiquitous remote health monitoring system comprises a pad and the main terminal. The pad comprises a plurality of Piezo sensors positioned in the interior of the pad to sense vibration and pressure and extract body condition data, which includes at least one of pulse rate and pulse wave of a human, in real time. The main terminal comprises: a receiving part receiving the body condition data from the pad; a storage part storing normal reference data when the pulse rate and the pulse wave are normal; and a control part comparing the normal reference data and the received body condition data, analyzing the normal reference data and the received body condition data, and when the body condition data deviates from a pre-stored range of the normal reference data, the body condition data id transmitted to a safety and security center server or a guardian′s terminal. According to the present invention, the ubiquitous remote health monitoring system comprises the Piezo sensors to automatically measure the pulse rate and pulse waves of a human, thereby allowing the health condition to be checked even when the human doesn′t move during sleep and rapidly copes with abnormal health conditions.</p> |
