The invention discloses a method and device for generating a picture identification code. The device comprises an identification code generator which is suitable for generating picture identification codes with a jamming intensity level according to the inputted jamming intensity level, wherein the number of picture identification codes is preset. The device also comprises an identification code recognizer which is suitable for recognizing the picture identification codes; a recognition rate calculating unit which is used for calculating the recognition correct rate of the picture identification codes; a setting unit which is suitable for outputting the preset jamming intensity level to the identification code recognizer, and setting the current preset jamming intensity level as a valid jamming intensity level when the recognition correct rate calculated by the recognition rate calculating unit is less than a preset threshold value, so as to enable the identification code generator to generate the picture identification codes with the jamming intensity level, wherein the picture identification codes are supplied to a client. The method and device reduce the probability that the picture identification codes are cracked by identification code software under the condition of guaranteeing that the method and device can be conveniently used by a user. |
