Disclosed are a rotor and a motor including the same. The rotor includes a non-magnetic member which includes a through hole into which a rotary shaft is inserted, a plurality of core members which are received on the inner side of the non-magnetic member and are radially arranged based on the through hole to form a pocket, and a plurality of magnets which are inserted into the pocket. The outer circumference of the magnet is covered by the non-magnetic member. |
