PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust cone bearing and a thrust cone bearing assembly method capable of preventing erroneous assembly of components attached to a hole provided in a fixed ring and improving assemblability. ! SOLUTION: Provided are a thrust cone bearing comprising: a pair of a disc fixed ring and a disc rotating ring disposed coaxially and each having a rolling surface; and a plurality of conical rolling elements provided between the rolling surfaces of the fixed ring and the rotating ring and rotating the fixed ring and the rotating ring relatively to each other, and a manufacturing method therefor. In a case of the thrust cone bearing with oil drainage function, a bush with a hole is fitted into an oil drain hole. In a case of the thrust cone bearing without the oil drainage function, a sleeve is fitted into the oil drain hole and a grommet without a hole is fitted into an inside diameter of the sleeve. !
