In a cross-cut test, after cuts (12) are vertically and horizontally formed in a coating film (11) applied to a base material (10) to make a peeling force act on the coating film (11), adhesion of the coating film (11) is evaluated based on a peeling state of the coating film (11). In the cross-cut test, first vertical cuts (12a) are formed at regular or irregular intervals, and intervals between second horizontal cuts (12b) are gradually narrowed, in order to quantitatively measure the adhesion of the coating film (11) to the base material (10), and to reduce complicated working processes. |
