<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve in which vibrations of a valve body can be effectively restrained by decreasing an inertia moment of the valve body. <P>SOLUTION: The check valve 24A includes a valve housing 25 in which a valve chamber 31 constantly communicating with an outlet side flow path is formed thereinside and a valve seat 30 whose inlet side flow path 29 is opened is provided in the vicinity of the valve chamber 31, a valve element 27A with a valve section 40A that can sit on the valve seat 30 and a shaft 41 connected coaxially to the valve section 40A on an opposed side to the inlet side flow path 29, and an biasing member 28 for biasing the valve element 27A to a side on which the valve element 27A sits on the valve seat 30. The check valve 24A is further provided with a flow resistance section 48 for applying, to the valve element 27A, a flow resistance from a fluid flowing from the inlet side flow path 29 to the outlet side path via the valve chamber 31. In the check valve, the valve element 27A is formed so that its center of gravity G is located in the valve section 40A, while the flow resistance section 48 is provided in the valve section 40A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
