A conductive polymer composite consisting of a nano-metal rod, wherein a surface of the nano-metal rod is bound with a monomer for binding nano-metal, represented by Formula 1 below, to which conjugated conductive polymer monomers are joined: Ar-L1-A  [Formula 1] wherein Ar is thiophenyl, anilinyl, pyrrolyl, furanyl, pyrazolyl, carbazolyl, fluorenyl or derivatives thereof, L1 is a C1˜10 alkylene group containing one or more hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of S, O, N and Si; a C1˜10 alkyleneoxy group containing one or more hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of S, O and N; or a C1˜10 silyleneoxy group containing one or more hetero atoms selected from the group consisting of S, O and N; and A is —SH, —COOH, —SOOH, —CN, —CH2═CH2, —C≡CH, —NH2, or trichlorosilyl.
