<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivation operation system having the following features that: the system comprises an isolator whose inner section is kept in a sterilized state by decontamination and a plurality of incubators capable of being communicated with the isolator; an operation required for cultivation is carried out in an inner section of the isolator; cultivation object is stored in the incubators communicated with the isolator; and cultivation is carried out for a predetermined period in a state where the incubators are separated from the isolator.SOLUTION: A cultivation operation system 1 comprises: an isolator 4 whose inner section is kept in a sterilized state; a plurality of incubators 3 capable of being communicated with the isolator 4; a storage chamber 2 storing the plurality of incubators 3; and an exclusive decontamination means 10 for decontamination of the inner section of the incubator 3 by communicating with the incubators 3 in the storage chamber 2. In the cultivation operation system 1, decontamination by the incubators 3 may be carried out independently from the isolator 4, thus the incubators 3 are may be subjected to the decontamination when the isolator 4 is used, resulting in improvement in working efficiency.</p> |
