<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable electronic equipment to be efficiently cooled in a cooling device when the electronic equipment has plural heating elements.SOLUTION: A cooling device has a heat receiving portion 3, a heat radiating portion 4, a heat radiation path 5 and a feedback path 6 each for connecting the heat receiving portion 3 and the heat radiating portion 4. The heat receiving portion 3 has a heat receiving plate 8 which is brought into contact with plural adjacent heating elements 2a, 2b to absorb heat, a heat receiving plate cover 17 forming a heat receiving space 16, a refrigerant inflow entrance 14 which is provided to each top face of the heat receiving plate cover 17 confronting each of the heating elements 2a, 2b, a refrigerant exhaust port 13 which is provided to the top face of the heat receiving plate cover 17 which confronts the boundary of the respective adjacent heating elements 2a and 2b, an introducing pipe 10, a fin 11, and a partition plate 12 which is provided to the boundary between the respective adjacent heating elements 2a and 2b of the heat receiving plate 8 so as to project from the heat receiving plate 8 to the heat receiving plate cover 17 in a vertical direction. The feedback path 6 is provided with a check valve 9, and the partition plate 12 is provided with an opening portion 15 at a side near to the flow entrance 14.</p> |
