PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration insulation mount in which both low frequency vibration and high frequency vibration can be attenuated by a single vibration insulation mount. ! SOLUTION: This invention relates to a vibration insulation mount in which both low frequency vibration and high frequency vibration are attenuated. A major mount part having a high spring and high attenuation characteristics corresponding to low frequency vibration and a sub-mount part having a low spring and low attenuation characteristics corresponding to high frequency vibration are arranged in series. A spring constant of the sub-mount part is set to a value less than a spring constant of a level in which the sub-mount part is compressed almost completely under a load in which the major-mount part is compressed by 5 to 10%.
