PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation having excellent sustained-release properties and percutaneous absorption properties. ! SOLUTION: A percutaneous absorption preparation including a high molecular weight silk fibroin, a cyclic compound, and an active ingredient is used. The percutaneous absorption preparation may further include a guanidino group-containing compound.
