摘要 The present invention relates to a system and a method for acquiring nondestructive plant biometric data based on thermal imagery. The system according to the present invention can comprise: a thermal imagery camera unit for acquiring a thermal image of a plant; an analyzing unit for using the acquired thermal image and analyzing biometric data of the plant; and a database unit for making a database and saving the data on the temperature or the shape of a spot appearing on the thermal image of the plant having a symptom of disease. The analyzing unit can detect a spot area with a different temperature from that of other parts of the plant in the acquired thermal image, and determine the symptom of disease of the plant according to the temperature or the shape of the detected spot area. According to the present invention, the system of the present invention can rapidly and accurately determine a symptom of disease and biometric information in response to an environmental stress of a plant with a nondestructive method by using a thermal image of the plant in an objective and automated way in the early stage of the disease. In particular, if the system for acquiring nondestructive plant biometric data based on thermal imagery according to the present invention is integrated with an automatic disease and insect control system, the production efficiency of useful crops can be increased.
