The frame (1) has a central part (2) to receive optical glasses, and support elements (3) for supporting the central part on the head of an individual. The elements are removably attached to the part. A slide type fixing unit formed of a cylindrical recess (5) and a complementary projection (15) fixes the elements on the central part. The elements have branches, and the projection is placed directly or indirectly at one of ends of each of the branches and directed along vertical direction. The projection is engaged with the recess placed at ends of side faces of the part.
