<p>[Problem] Conventional coatings having an organic polymer moisture absorbent have a problem in that the percentage content of the organic polymer moisture absorbent is reduced and the hygroscopic performance of the moisture absorbent coating obtained as a result is reduced when an attempt is made to fabricate a coating devoid of cracks caused by swelling and shrinkage. The present invention was devised in view of the current state of prior art, and a purpose thereof is to provide an organic polymer moisture absorbent having coating self-formability, a sheet and element having said moisture absorbent, and a total heat exchange that uses the element. [Solution] It was found that, in hygroscopic polymer particles having a carboxyl group, hygroscopic polymer particles having excellent coating formability can be obtained by using a structure in which the crosslink density differs in the center part and the surface layer part of the particles, and furthermore a hygroscopic coating that does not crack even with a high-percentage content can be obtained by using the hygroscopic polymer particles.</p> |
