A switching substrate (10) is provided with: a circuit constituent body (11) that is provided with a control circuit substrate (20), which is provided with a control circuit (22), a first mounting window (24A) and a second mounting window (24B), an input bus bar (30), an output bus bar (40) and a connection bus bar (50), said bus bars being arranged on one surface of the control circuit substrate (20); a first semiconductor switching element (60A); and a second semiconductor switching element (60B). The first semiconductor switching element (60A) is arranged inside the first mounting window (24A); and a drain terminal (62), a source terminal (63) and a gate terminal (64) are respectively connected to the input bus bar (30), the connection bus bar (50) and the control circuit (22). The second semiconductor switching element (60B) is arranged inside the second mounting window (24B); and a drain terminal (62), a source terminal (63) and a gate terminal (64) are respectively connected to the output bus bar (40), the connection bus bar (50) and the control circuit (22). |
