Provided are a near-infrared absorbing composition having sufficient resistance to moisture and transmitting to a high degree visible light and blocking to a high degree near-infrared light when in the form of a cured film, a near-infrared cut-off filter, and a camera module. The near-infrared absorbing composition includes a copper complex having a rate of increase in mass of within 25% after being subjected for five hours to the following conditions: 25˚C and a relative humidity of 95%.
