A method is specified for producing a ceramic conversion element (1). For this purpose, at least four functional layers are provided. A functional layer is formed as a first luminous layer (10) which comprises an oxide and is constituted to convert light from a first wavelength range (100) at least partially into light of a second wavelength range (200). Another functional layer is formed as a second luminous layer (20) which comprises a nitride and is constituted to convert light from the first wavelength range (100) at least partially into light of a third wavelength range (300). Another functional layer is formed as a first intermediate layer (11) and yet another functional layer is formed as a second intermediate layer (21). The first intermediate layer (11) comprises an oxide, the second intermediate layer (21) comprises a nitride or an oxynitride. The functional layers are arranged such that the first intermediate layer (11) lies between the first luminous layer (10) and the second intermediate layer (21), and the second intermediate layer (21) lies between the first intermediate layer (11) and the second luminous layer (20). The functional layers are subsequently connected to each other via a sintering process. |
