<p>Disclosed are novel camptothecin derivatives having anti-tumor activity (the basic structure thereof is as shown in the figure) and compositions of such compounds and use thereof. The compounds according to the present invention exhibit very good water solubility and stability, show good selectivity among drugs of the same category, and have a very high therapeutic index. Such compounds are promising as therapeutic agents for treating tumors.</p> |
