FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of loose materials in production of, mainly, grain and grain products and can be used in agricultural production and feed mill industry. This crusher comprises frame (1), motor (2), grinding chamber (3) with loading and unloading openings (7) and (8). Grinding chamber is composed of the housing consisting of cylindrical horizontal drum (4) and two walls (5, 6). Rotor (9) with blades (10) is arranged in grinding chamber. Rotor blades are arranged at an angle to their axes while their surfaces are directed to rotor revolution direction. Cylindrical drum length is multiple of blade width. Grinding chamber wall opposite loading opening is composed by detachable plate with rigged surface. Unloading opening is provided with replaceable separation screen (11).EFFECT: higher capacity and reliability, higher grinding efficiency.2 dwg |
