FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of hydrocarbons and can be used in operation of wells, in particular, for alignment of profile of fluid inflow along the length of a horizontal well. The device contains input and output devices between which, at least, two series arranged regulating stages consisting of normally open valve and hydraulic resistance and/or the shut step containing one or several valves installed in parallel with the fixed position of a lock are series placed. Besides, the device contains an external casing in which, at least, the named device elements are partially placed. The valves in regulating and/or shut step contain configuration devices for holding and switching of the gate.
