<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal litter that strikes a balance between the securement of a long use period and the prevention of occurrence of stench due to the urinary corruption deposited on a surface.SOLUTION: An animal litter contains 20-70 mass% of ground products of materials derived from plants, 2-30 mass% of synthetic resin, and 1-50 mass% of water-insoluble inorganic substances. Also, preferably, the water-insoluble inorganic substances may have an average particle diameter of 5-500μm. Also, preferably, the water-insoluble inorganic substances may contain one kind or two or more kinds selected from a group comprising a calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide, calcium sulfate, titanium oxide and talc.</p> |
