<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retransmit a transmission document while overlapped retransmission by a plurality of users is suppressed.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes: first determination means for determining whether transmission history is in the middle of operation or not by a different user via an operation screen; second determination means for determining whether state information is in the middle of processing or not by referring to state information of the transmission history when the first determination means determines that the transmission history is not in the middle of operation by the different user via the operation screen; and control means for controlling suppression of the retransmission of the transmission history when the first determination means determines that the transmission history is in the middle of operation by the different user via the operation screen or when the second determination means determines that the state information of the transmission history is in the middle of processing.</p> |
