<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily create a variation component including a fine expression change or individual difference.SOLUTION: An event detection unit 120 detects the time of an event from an input dynamic image. An event analysis unit 140 acquires the locus around the event using a time-sequence feature quantity. A frame section extraction unit 130 extracts a key frame region, and extracts a section having an event and a section having no event. Then, a basement decomposition unit 150 applies an ICA in these sections, and decomposes them into a plurality of basement components. An event-related basement component extraction unit 160 extracts a basement component that exists in the section having an event and does not exist in the section having no event.
