A cab 20 of a passenger boarding bridge comprises: an active floor body 30 having a back end B connected to the front end of the cabin 10 and a front end F provided with a notch 31 that is adapted to accommodate a downwards or upwards opened door of an aircraft; a flap 40 disposed corresponding to the notch and movably connected to the active floor body, the flap being turnable relative to the active floor body between a first position A in which the flap close the notch and a second position A' in which the flap exposes the notch; and an actuating device 50 for driving the flap to turn. The cab of the passenger boarding bridge is mounted to a front end of a cabin of the passenger boarding bridge, which can serve only not only the aircrafts having doors to be opened leftwards or rightwards but also those having doors to be opened downwards. Also disclosed are a passenger boarding bridge having the cab of the passenger boarding bridge and a docking method thereof.
