A presentation system and a method thereof are disclosed. According to the present invention, the presentation system comprises: a computer containing the presentation software as a presentation system that projects presentation data to the screen by using the presentation software; a camera that records the screen and acquires data and transfers data to the PC; and a terminal that is connected to the computer via wireless communication and that radiates the beam to the screen through the operation of a user. Here, the camera records the location of beam radiates to the screen as the user uses the terminal and acquires the location data and sends the location data to the PC and the PC divides up the data into multiple unit areas and assigns the preset function of the presentation software to each unit area and then compares the location of the beam with the location of the unit areas and activates the preset function in the unit area where the beam is located.
